Sadie’s story

The most extraordinary journeys begin in the darkest places.

Sadie survived years of severe domestic abuse as the highest-risk case in the UK. Afterwards, severe anxiety, agoraphobia and CPTSD meant there was a time she could not leave her home.

She rebuilt, one step at a time, into an award-winning Group CEO, published academic and international speaker. That journey is why her work never stops at the individual: she knows first-hand how much the environment around a person matters.

“Your story doesn’t become powerful when the pain ends. It becomes powerful when the pain finds purpose.”
